Group Class Policy
Once a group class has been confirmed and payment has been processed, registrations are non-refundable.
Due to instructor scheduling, equipment allocation, and course preparation requirements, group classes are not eligible for standard rescheduling.
If a group requests to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. A rescheduling fee will apply and will be determined based on the size of the group and additional factors.
